In the last seven years the number of sedentary people has practically doubled. According to the latest National Health Survey conducted by IBGE (Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics), the number of Brazilians practicing less than 150 minutes/week of exercises jumped from 20% to 46%. And believe me, most of the blame is the lack of time! The good news is that for those who have a tight schedule, aerobic exercises are a good solution to get out of the comfort zone.
